Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from date of purchase on all orders in the original box and/or packaging. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Alife Pharmaceutical Company. We provide a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). The acture shipping and handling  costs for any refund will be deducted.

An original receipt is required for all returns of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender. Defective products may be returned within a reasonable period of time from date of purchase for a replacement or merchandise credit only.

 

Shipping Errors and Damages

Please email us at CustomerService-USA@alifepharm.com if order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of the problem. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.

 

In order to receive a refund, you must first email our Customer Service Department,         

CustomerService-USA@alifepharm.com  for the return authorization code.

 

Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, enclose the Return Authorization number issued with your return. Insure the package and ship via the carrier of your choice to: Alife Pharmaceutical, Inc. 136-20,38Ave, Suite 9H, Flushing, NY11354
